HOW TO USE CCLEANER SOFTWARE TO CLEAN UP YOUR COMPUTER OPERATING SYSTEM (MICROSOFT WINDOWS)

1.    Open CCleaner

2.    Go to “Cleaner” tab on the top left 

i.              Untick “Empty Recycle Bin” ( to prevent the files in your recycle bin from being deleted).

ii.            Click on “Analyze” button.

  

iii.              Click on “Run Cleaner” after analysis (scanning) is completed to 100%

That is it!

NEXT......

Go to “Registry tab” (just below cleaner tab)

i.              Click on “Scan for Issues”

ii.            Click on “Fix selected issues” after the scanning is completed to 100%.

 

 (a dialog box will pop up prompting you to back up your Registry. Just hit “no”. But if you know much about Registry the choice is still yours. Although in most cases hit “no”)

iii.              Click on “Fix all issues”

 

That is it!

Please after following this steps, just close the program.

This completes the cleaning process.

NOTE: This process does not affect your restore points. They will still be intact.
